Edo Competition unveiled today a new tuning kit for the exclusive Ferrari Enzo. The Edo Competition Ferrari Enzo is powered by a V12 engine that after modifications develops 700 hp thanks to a new exhaust headers, a high-flow catalytic converter, modified intake with ram-air system, performance muffler, high-flow air filters and an ECU remap.

It can achieve a top speed of 230 mph (370km/h) and makes the 0 to 60 mph in 3.5 seconds.
I think this is the only tuning program available for the Ferrari Enzo
