Kia confirmed today that the 2009 Soul crossover will make its official debut at the Paris Auto Show. The company also revealed that the car will have a choice of both diesel and gasoline engines. Two 1.6-liter, 16-valve, four cylinder engines will power the car. The gas and diesel powerunits are based closely on the DOHC engines already fitted to the successful, European-built, Kia cee'd.
