MTM Audi S3 -- the orange rubber-burner
The new Audi S3 is damned fast as it is, so you understand that tinkering with the small hatch German MTM tuning studio has willfully created an orange-colored monster.

Guys from MTM started their Frankensteinian experiment with Audi S3's TFSI engine. Replacing its original ECU with the new one, tuners have raised the engines maximum power output from 265 to mighty 310 horsepower and increased its peak torque from 350 Nm to 400 Nm. New MTM resonator and MTM rear silencer have also contributed to further increasing these numbers by 5 hp and 5 Nm.

Additional 5 hp and 15 Nm were extracted with the help of the MTM front silencer and a front pipe with metallic catalytic converter. After this stage, the Audi S3 is capable to jump from zero to 60 in just 5.1 seconds and achieve a top speed of 164 mph (264 km/h).

To help the little monster better stay on its legs, MTM has first provided the S3 with 8-piston-fixed calipers and 330x32 mm diameter sized semi-perforated brake discs. The second stage included replacing original discs with completely perforated brake discs with diameter dimension of 356x34mm. And the ultimate brakes upgrade means installing the semi-perforated brake discs measuring 380x34 mm in diameter.

There is also an adjustable coilover suspension which lets the S3 fly lower by some 35 and 65mm and spacers for track widening of 20 mm per axle.

The tuning program is finished with a set of MTM "bimoto" wheels in the size 8,5x19" ET50 and tires in the dimensions 235/35ZR19.
